An opportunity has become available for a suitable experienced Property Maintenance Manager to be based in Port Elisabeth.

Grade 12
At least 5 years operational experience in Property Maintenance
Microsoft Excel and Word skilled
Strong communication and team management skills
Able to interact professionally with landlord and tenants
Strong sense of responsibility, organised and proactive
Budgeting and cost tracking experience

Supervising all functions within the Operations department and ensuring effective operations
Reporting on operational functions such as projects, maintenance, operational and cost matters
Conducting regular building inspections and ensuring that the correct actions are taken and procedures are followed in order to maintain the property to the required standards
Overseeing the day-to-day maintenance of the property and resolving relevant operational problems that may occur
Creating budgets concerning required maintenance and services
Supervising the maintenance team
Responsible to ensure that the scheduled maintenance and services are performed
Gathering processes and material specifications for operational projects to be ventured on as well as appointing suitable contractors to oversee the projects
Ensuring that facilities and soft services are being performed in terms of the service agreements
