Computer Literate
Experience in one following industries would be advantageous:
Sales & Marketing, Retail, HR and Hospitality
Excellent Commission structure in place and earning potential very high
Own Reliable Transport

Adhering to company policies and procedures
Working to daily, weekly and monthly targets i.e. cost to desk
Working with an existing client base
Prospecting new clients to expand existing client base
Telemarketing to service existing clients and prospective new business
Following up on leads obtained
Planning of call cycles / action plans
Full presentation to new clients
Marketing of candidates to prospective clients
Headhunting / sourcing of potential candidates
Screening of all incoming calls to ensure correct quality candidate is interviewed for that specific position
Referring candidates to clients telephonically or face to face in order to set an interview time
Ensuring CV’s are delivered timeously to clients
Setting up of interviews with clients and candidates
Briefing candidates
Obtaining client and candidate feedback after interview
Regretting of unsuccessful candidates
Acting as go between with regards to remuneration / any discrepancies for candidate
Advising and assisting clients in respect of the current Labour Laws, Basic Conditions of Employment etc
• Operating in strict accordance with the Labour Relations Act
• Attending of office meetings
• Attending training sessions when enlisted or required
• Adhere to all cost saving programmes
Order Taking:
Receiving telephonic , email and face to face orders / job specifications
Taking detailed orders / job specifications and distributing job specifications to Recruitment Specialists
Handling queries pertaining to fee structure
Negotiating fees and guarantees with clients
Setting up of daily interviews
Interviewing candidates ensuring that all relevant detailed information is obtained
Short listing of candidates for clients
Following up on leads obtained through interviewing of candidates
Keeping up to date record of the client information, client activities, visits achieved, telephonic contact, orders received, candidates placed etc
Writing up of advertisements
Preparation of CV’s
Checking of CV’s for errors or lack of information
General correspondence to clients and candidates
Ensuring up to date and accurate Referral Book
Updating of clients list
Following up on Progress Reports
Ensuring job specification details fully updated regarding all liaison with client and candidates
Coding and filing of candidates’ CV’s /application forms
